Real estate professionals that use Cotality’s Matrix™ and OneHome™ now have access to their private contacts [from saved searches] within OneHomeowner. Batch-onboard homeowners in just a few clicks.
How it works
- If you MLS runs Matrix/OneHome and activates OneHomeowner for its members, your contacts will automatically be imported – but not onboarded to homeowner hubs until you opt to do so
- You can invite homeowners to OneHomeowner by simply checking the box next to their names and clicking “invite”. The entire process only takes a couple of minutes, or less
- If you have a large number of contacts, we’ll queue the invitations and send them over several days

How to use it
- Login to your MLS dashboard
- Open OneHomeowner
- Go to My Contacts
- Choose individual contacts, or “Select all”
- Click “Send invitations”
